The software is intended to support DB AG and the subsidiaries, which are committed to the DB Group, in the implementation of several duties from the LKSG in order to be able to meet the growing requirements as efficiently as possible. The software should also optionally support other technical topics, such as Delaboring Ordinance, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), compliance examination of business partners. The software is to be further developed in terms of changes or extensions, which result, for example, due to the implementation of the corporate Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) in national law (adaptation of the LKSG).
