TNW_Technical project development_area61 - Penzing innovation point - Landsberg am Lech_Military conversion - former Penzing air base site In 2011, the community was informed about the abandonment of military use by the Bundeswehr at the air base Penzing informed for the first time. Since then, the municipalities involved have developed a viable and sustainable development concept for the reuse of the former air base area in several steps and based on a wide range of reports. The Area61 Penzing Innovation Point Association intends to award technical project management services as part of a military conversion. Inventory and basic determination is carried out first as a basis for all further service modules a systematic inventory of the property as well as a structured inspection and evaluation of all existing documents, reports and planning bases: - Inspection of the area, the existing buildings and, if possible, the technical infrastructure - Viewing and successive evaluation of existing extensive reports, plans and inventory documents (including contaminated site reports, explosive ordnance reports, pipeline cadastre, damage assessment for monument protection, pollutant contamination of buildings, demolition and...
