TNW_Renovation Cluster M The Aktion Sonnenschein Foundation operates a Montessori integration kindergarten, an inclusive Montessori school and a special education day care center (focus on mental health) at Heiglhofstrasse 63, 81377 Munich Development). The special education day care center (HpT) is housed in the “Cluster M” that is being renovated. Component M consists of basement, ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor and first floor there are 3 HPT group rooms and additional rooms (specialist service rooms, office, toilets, etc.) accommodated. Cluster M (in the school's former caretaker's apartment) also houses offices for the administration of the Aktion Sonnenschein Foundation. The entire building infrastructure (heating, electricity, water supply and disposal, IT infrastructure etc.) is organized centrally and does not differentiate between the institutions or the different legal entities. However, like all other components of the property, component M is positioned independently and to a certain extent forms one own building, which is connected to the other buildings by corridors and thus forms a technical building unit.
