TNW_ARCH_Stadtwerke Waldkirchen_Renovation of the Karoli bathing park in Waldkirchen Stadtwerke Waldkirchen, a company owned by the city of Waldkirchen, intends to comprehensively renovate the Karoli Badepark at VdK-Heim-Straße 3 in 94065 Waldkirchen. One The aim is to provide funding from two different funding sources (ERDF and RÖFE). The focus of the overall measure is on the technical and energetic renovation of the indoor swimming pool. Property planning services for buildings and interiors are commissioned in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI in service phases 1 to 9. The commissioning takes place in stages. In the event of an order, service phases 1 to 2 are initially commissioned. The client decides whether to commission further service phases accordingly Project progress (gradual commissioning).
