TNW_Arch_Pfatter community_Construction of a three-group children's home in Pfatter, Geisling district The municipality of Pfatter is planning to build a new 3-group children's home for up to 62 children in the Geisling district of the municipality of Pfatter. Location is plot 16 in the “Osterfeld” development area. The space program, which is based on the overall space program for day care centers for children in the Free State of Bavaria, includes a kindergarten group (from the age of 3 until school entry) and a daycare group (up to the age of 3). The spatial program has already been coordinated with the government of the Upper Palatinate and the district youth welfare office. A kindergarten group should be organized as a “mixed-age group” for children aged 2 to around 4 years. The Planning for this - object planning for buildings and interior spaces - has already progressed to such an extent as part of a feasibility study that, for the most part, the most important services in service phases 1-3 of the service profile of §§ 33 in conjunction with Appendix 10 to § 34 HOAI present.
