In the course of a Knue in the TM 2, the state of Saxony-Anhalt partially intends a technical and building physical upgrading of the 2001 Representation of the state of Saxony-Anhalt at the federal government in Berlin. The goal is the functional, sometimes building physical and design upgrading von Areas to ensure contemporary use and representation at the federal government. The following services are the subject of the award: • Exchange of all window elements on the railway facade in the upper floors 1 to 3 to improve sound and heat protection. • Education of the Existing cold and ventilation systems as well as installation of new ventilation technology (including in office oaks, hall, the caretaker's apartment and guest apartments) • Dismantling no longer used, including B. a telephone booth • interior design and qualitative upgrading of the bistro "Moewe" for adapting to representative event formats • Testing and modernization of media technology in the large hall, including installation of additional soil tanks and new ceiling spots as well as restoration of the hall structure according to technical upgrading • Fundamentally renewal of all public -relevant WC systems including the strand renovation of the drinking water lines The measure is to be classified as a coherent construction-decay, with requirements for project coordination, technical execution and design quality.
