The new building will essentially be single story and not Basement built on a load-bearing floor slab created by the customer. The inserted, two-story sanitary core and some partition walls, bases and platforms are built on site in solid, exposed concrete quality. Load-bearing, non-load-bearing and Reinforcing walls are constructed using a timber frame construction, and the load-bearing structure for the long-side external walls is also produced as a timber framework. The roof construction consists of hollow box elements, which have both the static function and also integrate the acoustic ceiling in the interior. The roof is designed as a solar gravel roof. The facade cladding consists of vertical formwork with wooden battens, which is attached to a substructure made of wooden posts and crossbars. The The substructure also serves as an insulation layer.
