Tile work WISTA Management GmbH (WISTA MG) is planning to convert and expand the former US military hospital in Berlin Lichterfelde into the FUBIC innovation center. The start-up and technology center is intended to accommodate research and serve technology-oriented start-ups and profile-compliant small and medium-sized companies. Offices and laboratories for chemistry, microbiology and physics will be built. The building is a large, free-standing structure measuring approximately 60m x 120m centrally located on an approximately five-hectare development site between Fabeckstrasse and Kamillenstrasse, which is to be developed as a campus with 6 additional new buildings in the coming years. The advertised services are: Tiling work including subsurface preparation and composite sealing under floor and wall tile coverings on the 2nd basement and ground floor to 5th floor levels. The tile coverings are installed on cement screeds as floating screeds.
