The scope of the work amounts to approx. 90 m2 of wall tiles and approx. 130 m2 of floor tiles. The services include the preparation and repair of the substrates, the laying of Floor and wall tiles including base tiles as well as necessary silicone work. The execution is carried out in five construction phases from the ground floor to the 2nd floor, taking ongoing operation into account. Part of each construction phase is a men's toilet or a women's toilet including the associated anteroom. In total, the measure includes five toilet facilities with anterooms. Due to the use, unavoidable construction breaks must be planned between the individual construction phases.
