KMG Kliniken Thüringen-Brandenburg GmbH is building the new replacement building “Component C” for the clinic there at the Sömmerda location. The subject of the order is tiling, sealing and stone work in interior areas with increased hygienic and functional requirements. The scope of services includes preparatory subsurface work including fine filling as well as the production of composite seals in accordance with DIN 18534, consisting of reaction resin seals of water impact class W2-I Floor and base areas (approx. 148 m²), floor/wall transitions (approx. 270 m), mineral wall seals of classes W1-I / W2-I (approx. 623 m²), pipe penetration seals using sealing collars up to class W3-I (approx. 200 pieces) as well as connection profiles for Wall lifts (approx. 270 m). The order also includes the delivery and installation of wall tiles made of fine stoneware (approx. 237 m²) and glazed stoneware (approx. 196 m²) including edge protection profiles as well as floor tiles made of fine stoneware in various sizes Formats and slip resistance (total approx. 332 m²), movement and heating circuit joint profiles as well as placed plinths. In addition, there are elastic connection and edge joints (approx. 700 m in total), cast stone floors in the stairwell (approx. 168 m²), and staircases Step and base elements, contrast and structural stripes in accordance with DIN 18040, a clean-off mat system with installation frame as well as additional and connection work.
