Building description: The property is currently built on with a residential stable house that characterizes the townscape. The planned construction project consists of the core renovation of the part of the building on area no. 47, as well as demolition and replacement of the part of the building on area no. 47/1, including an underground car park underneath the new building 12 parking spaces. The above-ground area has 3 floors in a similar outline to the existing building, as well as a gallery floor in the attic. The building is declared a community center by the municipality of Ohlstadt and contains several uses: a generation meeting place, rooms for events and clubs, the tourist information, public toilets, a multifunctional room for the community, three apartments, and two commercial units with each gallery level. According to the Bavarian Building Code, it is assigned to building class 3. The new building will be constructed as a wooden structure with a wooden facade. The former residential part could not be preserved and renovated and therefore had to be demolished due to static concerns. This part of the building will be built up monolithically as a typologically appropriate replacement building.
