The Heilbronn Theater is advertising new ticketing software. This should fit into a contemporary and customer-oriented 360 degree system landscape of sales, marketing and digital communication including CRM. The aim of the Heilbronn Theater is In both the digital and analogue areas, it is possible for customers to be able to map all the processes that arise during the customer journey with a high level of service, both online and in personal service at the counter, on the telephone and in writing.
