Thuringian Forest Rehabilitation Center Foundation, Conversion and renovation component 0 - structural planning The “Stiftung Rehabilitationszentrum Thuringian Forest” (RZTW) is a service provider for people with disabilities in the areas of professional and social Rehabilitation and integration active. After renovation measures have already been carried out on components C to F, further renovation of component 0 is currently underway in connection with securing and expanding the range of services, particularly with regard to required for fire protection. The subject of this award procedure is the planning services required for structural planning in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 1 §§ 49-52, basic services LP 4-6 and special services in stages Commissioning. Initially only level 1 (LP 4) is commissioned. The RZTW headquarters complex was built in the 1950s for training and boarding school purposes. At the beginning of the last decade, a comprehensive facade and roof renovation was carried out entire building complex. Previous interior renovation and conversion measures have taken place since 2009 in several partial construction measures on components C, D, E and F. In addition, the outdoor facilities were improved in various sections renewed. As part of the conversion and renovation measures carried out so far, parts of the existing building were renovated.
