Tender Details

Planning services Architectural services for planning, awarding and monitoring the implementation of the first construction phase of the building and interior services in accordance with Section 34 HOAI and open spaces in accordance with Section 38 HOAI. The basic services must be provided in each case performance phases 1 to 9. The client operates the thermal brine extraction of the Lambertus spring in Bad Schönborn as well as a wellness and health park ("THERMARIUM") with the areas of thermal brine bath, sauna area, fitness center, Therapy department, wellness center, bathing shop and Dead Sea salt cave. A restaurant and a bistro are part of the company as leased areas. It is a realignment and modernization of the THERMARIUM adapted to the changed framework conditions aimed for. The architectural services to be awarded in the present procedure relate to the planning, awarding and monitoring of the implementation of the first construction phase, necessary measures for the building and interior performance profiles in accordance with Section 34 HOAI and Outdoor facilities in accordance with Section 38 HOAI.
