The State Property Authority announces its desire to purchase a number of residential units in accordance with financial requirements 1 Type of residential unit: Apartment 2 The residential units must be located within the city limits of Tripoli 3 The area of the residential unit must not be less than 140 square meters 4 The residential units must be fully finished as well as the entire building in which the residential units to be sold are located 5 The offeror is obligated to attach the following documents proving ownership of the property An illustration of the property-s location provided that it is in accordance with the approved conversations An architectural and construction drawing of the residential unit approved by One of the approved engineering offices provides a financial offer stating the total price of the housing unit, terms of payment, and delivery dates. 6. Offers that meet all requirements and conditions are submitted in closed conditions to the Purchasing Committee at the Department-s office. The State Property Department confirms that submitting offers does not entail any right to an advance. It also reserves the right to accept or reject one or all of the offers that do not meet the aforementioned data, cancel the advertisement, or resubmit it without resulting in any legal obligation or responsibility towards the Department.
