The Minister of Posts and Telecommunications is launching a restricted national call for tenders for the recruitment of a cabinet or study office with a view to the development of an electronic archiving of administrative files of minpostel personnel

The services object of this call for tenders will take place in phase and will relate to:

-Phase 1 Analysis of the existing;

-Phase 2 Design of the technical solution;

-Phase 3 Implementation and tests;

-Phase 4 Deployment and functional tests;

-Phase 5 Delivery and launch of theProduct
