The purpose of this competition is to hire a company specialized in civil construction for the execution of 20 (twenty) housing units, within the scope of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida MCMV Program, Sub-50 modality, linked to Transfer nº 56000005243/2025, established by Law No. 14, 620, of July 13, 2023, art. 1st, and regulated by Ordinances nº 724, 725 and 727, as well as other related standards. The units must meet the technical guidelines of the program, including a minimum built area, standards of habitability, accessibility according to ABNT NBR 9050/2020, energy efficiency and sustainability standards, in addition to basic infrastructure (water, electricity and sewage/septic tank).
