THE PADFA II ACCOUNT, IN THREE (03) LOTS Context: The Government of Cameroon has obtained funding (hereinafter referred to as "the funds") from the French Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "AFD"), which it plans to partially use for cover the development works of 10 ha in the IRAD sites of Nkolbisson, Kismatari and Meskine carried out by the Agricultural Sector Development Support Project phase II (PADFA II), in accordance with the agreement between the two parties The use of AFD funds is subject to the approval of the latter, according to the terms and conditions provided for in the financing agreement and in accordance with the rules, policies and procedures of the AFD The Sector Development Support Project Agricoles - Phase II (PADFA II) plans to use part of this credit to make eligible payments under the Contract relating to the completion of development works on 10 ha of hydro-agricultural perimeter in the IRAD sites of Nkolbisson, Kismatari and Meskine respectively in the Central, North and Far North regions on behalf of PADFA II, in three (03) lots
