The Object of the Contract Consists of the Execution of the Works Defined in the Reference Project, Promoted by the General Directorate of Housing and Rehabilitation: South Road Works Project of Plot 501 “Sector La Montaña”, Aranjuez. Madrid. HE It consists of three fundamental parts or differentiated areas: - Bordering the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Avenue, a pedestrian space is defined, as an urban plaza that alternates paved parts and 3 green areas as flower beds. - Double Driveway Round trip lane, each 3 meters wide, and a battery parking strip on the side of the road next to the limit of the plot, in which parking spaces alternate with tree pits of the same length as the parking strip. House the trees and public lighting, pedestrian sidewalk on both sides of the road, bicycle lane located between the battery parking strip and the sidewalk and green areas with an irregular layout located between the sidewalk and the public housing plot. This Road Ends In A Roundabout To Allow The Change Of Direction At The End Of The Street When It Approaches The Sidewalk Of Vadillo De Los Pastores. - At the back of the plot, bordering the path of Vadillo de los Pastores, a green, landscaped area is designed.
