Announcement: The Libyan Customs Authority announces its need to contract with companies specialized in supplying printer inks. The specialized companies wishing to apply must come to the General Administration headquarters located in the Al-Dhahra area, opposite the Al-Wadan Hotel, to receive the specifications brochure within hours. The official working hours are from the rapporteur of the Authority-s Purchasing Committee. To submit its offers according to the following conditions, the applicant company must be registered in the Authority-s corporate registry. If it is not registered, it must register before submitting its offer. A file identifying the company containing the following documents must be attached to the offer. Official Authorization The representative of the company he represents has a valid business license. A valid tax payment certificate. A copy of the articles of incorporation and articles of association. A recent extract from the commercial registry. Evidence of registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry. The offer must be submitted in a sealed, red wax-sealed envelope. With the stamp of the bidder, the offers will be delivered to the rapporteur of the Purchasing Committee at the Customs Authority. The last date for submitting offers will be the end of working hours on Sunday, 02082026 AD.
