Tender Details

The ESPOIR JEUNES project intends to lead the recruitment of six (06) focal points for the ISEPS of Kolda, Kédougou, Tamba, Kaffrine, Louga and Sédhiou. The focal points will serve as an interface between the MESRI ESPOIR-Jeunes project and the local environment, monitor the progress of ISEP construction work, manage environmental and social issues, and liaise with local stakeholders. Candidates should hold a Master's degree or engineering diploma, have at least 5 years of professional experience, and 3 years in management or coordination functions in higher education or vocational training.
