THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGEMENT AND DIGITALIZATION STRATEGY FOR STATE, CADASTRAL, LAND AND HERITAGE ARCHIVES
4Evaluation criteria New(Addendum)
The pre-selection criteria are as follows:
- Be a Firm with at least five (05) years of experience in the fields document and archive management, electronic archiving, digital transformation or modernization of information systems within public administrations or large organizations;
- Present at least three (03) references from similar missions carried out with public administrations or large organizations;
- Have experience or knowledge of relevant international standards, norms and best practices in document management, electronic archiving, information systems security or system interoperability
- Having experience with electronic archiving systems (EAS), electronic document management systems (EDM), land information systems or similar digital platforms will be an asset;
- Have experience in the land, cadastral, state-owned sector or more largely in public administration modernization projects will constitute an advantage;
- Having previous experience in projects financed by the World Bank or other international technical and financial partners will be an asset
NB: The qualifications and the experience of the experts will not be evaluated at this stage (pre-selection)
