THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY IN CONNECTION WITH THE STRATEGIC PLAN OF CAMEROON POSTAL SERVICES (CAMPOST), FOR THE 2026 FINANCIAL YEAR Source of funding Download the original part Download the DAO 1Context New(Addendum) The Director General of Cameroon Postal Services (CAMPOST), launches a Call for Expressions of Interest with a view to recruiting a firm to carry out the development of the digital transformation strategy in relation to his plan strategic (2026-2030), for the 2026 financial year 2Object New (Additive) After the solemn entry of CAMPOST into the digital world thanks to the ePost project which enabled the deployment of a modern telecommunications network consisting of a data processing (Datacenter), a fiber optic subnetwork and a satellite subnetwork interconnecting nearly 250 post offices at the Datacenter, business solutions and support to offer services such as data tracking mail, videoconferencing, video surveillance, IP telephony, professional messaging, automation of internal processes (Office Automation), etc. The 2019-2022 State/CAMPOST plan contract has intensified the digital transformation of CAMPOST thanks to the acquisition of new IT infrastructures and solutions such as an Integrated Management Software Package (ERP) including the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module, a new Banking Information System including e-Banking features, Automatic Teller Machines (ATM), IT security solutions, e-Commerce software, Electronic Document Management software, a Hybrid Mail solution, additional servers aimed at extend the hosting capacity of the Datacenter, as well as virtualization software CAMPOST, as part of the continuous improvement of its performances, has developed its Strategic Plan...
