THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE AT THE PREFECTURE OF NGAOUNDERE Source of funding AUTONOMOUS BUDGET (BA) Download the original part Download the DAO 1Object New (Additive) As part of the process of improving the living and working conditions of Administrative Authorities, the Minister of Territorial Administration, Project Owner, launches a National Open Call for Tenders under Emergency Procedure for the construction of a fence in the Prefecture of Ngaoundéré, located in the Department of Vina, Adamaoua region 2Consistency of services New (Addendum) The work, subject of this Call for Tenders, will be carried out in two (02) successive phases, the first of which will be a firm phase and the second, a conditional phase. The works of the firm tranche will include in particular: - the construction of a fence with a length of 785 meters (studies-preparatory work-installation of the site, earthworks, foundations, masonry-elevation) The work of the conditional phase will take place following those of the firm tranche and will include in particular: - the continued construction of a 785 meter long fence (metal carpentry, electricity, painting); - the construction of a gatehouse (earthworks, foundations, masonry-elevation, framework-roofing, sanitary plumbing, wood-metallic-aluminum carpentry, electricity, coverings, painting); - exterior developments (development of green spaces including laying topsoil and planting flowers, installation of interlocking paving stones, installation of concrete borders) 3Forecast Cost New (Addendum) The estimated cost of this project is one hundred and sixty-nine million, three hundred and seventy-seven thousand, eight hundred and thirty-five (169, 377, 835) CFA francs including tax, including seventy-five million (75, 000, 000) CFA francs including tax budgeted in 2026 for the firm tranche and the remainder planned for the conditional tranche, ex...
