The agency cleaning service is being put out to tender for around 65 properties in the city of Hanover, the state capital. Contract duration: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2028 plus two extension options of one year each until July 31, 2030 at the latest. Perfomance: Maintenance cleaning in schools, daycare centers, administrative buildings, cultural buildings and other objects as an absence replacement for the municipal cleaning staff. The order is divided into three lots. A bidder can win a maximum of one lot. Lot A has an hourly requirement for two years in the amount of: 13, 935.68 hours including option for 25% additional requirement (see price sheet).
