TGA planning conversion and expansion of Von Galen School The client intends to convert and expand the Von Galen elementary school in Gescher in order to adapt it to current structural and educational requirements. The object planning of the buildings and Outdoor facilities have already been the subject of an architectural competition. Both measures on existing buildings and a new extension are planned. The subject of the order is the engineering services required for the project Technical equipment for system groups 1 to 6 and 8. Overall, the award covers service phases 1 to 9, with step-by-step commissioning being planned (see “Information on options”). The subject of the order is the engineering services Specialist planning of the technical equipment for the measure “conversion and expansion of the Von Galen School” briefly described above and described in more detail in the service description provided. The contract to be awarded covers system groups 1 to 6 and 8. A gradual commissioning of service phases 1 to 9 is planned.
