This prior information includes several testing services.
As part of the new construction of a parent-child center (Das Neue Hauner) at the LMU Clinic in Grosshadern, testing services in accordance with PruefVBau and SPruefV are being tendered together.
The services according to PruefVBau include:
-Meetings/votes (Consulting services are provided in meeting rooms at the construction site)
- Coordination and testing of a sample wall (installation of fire dampers and pipes in drywall) together with the executing companies on site
-Construction-related testing of the installation of 1, 706 fire dampers and 795 Piece of duct smoke detectors according to manufacturer's specifications; May require multiple inspections
-Functional testing of duct smoke detectors using test gas
-Checking the fire control matrix with all the necessary services (including triggering duct smoke detectors using test gas, displaying fault messages from Duct smoke detectors and fire dampers on the ISP, visual inspection of the fire dampers status "closed", supply/exhaust air system may switch off or messages may be forwarded from floor ISPs to system ISPs (in control centers), check 1:1 BMS test)
-Creating test reports (a report per ventilation system), in which all BSK/RM are listed in list form
The services according to SPruefV include:
-Checking 4 smoke extraction systems with 33 smoke extraction flaps and 92 on-site duct smoke detectors.
