The contractor provides the necessary filters, carries out regular filter changes at the defined extraction points and takes care of the proper documentation of the services carried out. The framework agreement has a fixed term of 24 months as well as the client's unilateral option to extend the contract twice by 12 months each. If the framework agreement is not explicitly extended by the client, it ends automatically at the current end of the contract, without the need for termination. Currently, around 600 connection points with terminal sterile filters are operated at the UKM and at the MHS, which also needs to be supplied. The distribution of the different filter types to these connection points can be found in Appendix 02 (price sheet). However, this is a snapshot that is used exclusively for calculation purposes. The UKM expressly does not undertake to purchase a specific minimum number of filters or a specific number to be operated permanently at connection points.
