The subject of the procurement is the provision of a tool for software distribution and client management as a SaaS solution to replace the Ivanti DSM system currently in use. The scope of services includes in particular the provision and operation the solution, implementation, configuration and commissioning, the migration of existing Ivanti DSM packages, support, maintenance and regular updates as well as training and rollout support. The solution must currently be designed and technically designed for 1, 000 clients be scalable to up to 2, 000 clients. In particular, it must include software distribution and patch management for Windows, Linux, macOS and Windows Server, bare metal installations via PXE boot, integration with Microsoft Entra ID and ServiceNow, Support BitLocker management, application control, privilege management, device control and a self-service tool for end users.
