7. Market Description
The contract is part of the implementation of the EUR 10, 000, 000 JIL-SIYAHA Programme, which aims to promote the participation of young people in the socio-economic life of the territories, through the tourism sector. and its value chains and contribute, indirectly and ultimately, to the diversification of the Algerian economy.
The expected direct or specific objective effects are:
ED1). Improve local governance of the tourism sector, inclusive of young people and involving the sectors of the value chain (intersectorality).
ED2). Strengthen the involvement of young people, as actors in the development of local tourism, through innovative, creative and energizing projects of the territories.
ED3). To support the modernization of the initial training offer of young people in tourism and its value chains, and its suitability to the needs of the market and the specifics of the territories.
ED4). Valuing and sustaining results, lessons and success stories at the national level, and their ownership and dissemination by decision-makers and young people throughout the country.
This contract focuses on the recruitment of Technical Support Assistance to the Ministry of Tourism, Crafts and Family Work in the implementation and monitoring of the implementation of the Programme by providing a team of qualified experts to achieve the direct effects.
