The RUBAVU District (hereinafter called ‘'Client") funded by Volcanoes Community Resilience Project (VCRP) towards the cost of Grasses (Setaria and Pennisetum purpureum) in Cyanzarwe, Mudende and Nyakiriba Sectors Under Volcanoes Community Resilience Project (VCRP) The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. 2. The RUBAVU District invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the SUPPLY OF Grasses (Setaria and Pennisetum purpureum) in Cyanzarwe, Mudende and Nyakiriba Sectors Under Volcanoes Community Resilience Project (VCRP)as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. 3. Tender Document may be obtained from e-procurement system upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10, 000Frw) Rwandan Francs to Account of RRA RPPA. 4. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security as indicated in e-procurement system. 5. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to e-procurement system. 6. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system at the time mentioned in e-procurement system. 7. Bids will be opened by the system on time indicated in e-procurement system. 8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 on Public Procurement and Ministerial Order n 001/23/10/ TC of 10/10/2023 establishing regulations governing public procurement.
