In this context, the Center invites companies that have experience in this field to Participate in the public tender by submitting a request for the specifications and technical specifications booklets according to the following conditions: 1. The withdrawal of the technical specifications and conditions documents will begin during official working hours, starting from Monday, 1805-2026 AD, and the offer will continue for five days. 2 The requirements document will be withdrawn. And the technical specifications are free of charge. 3. Bids are submitted in separate envelopes. The technical offer and the financial offer are sealed with red wax and stamped with the bidder-s seal. 4. The validity of the offer is not less than 60 days from the date of submission of the offer. 5. The Center reserves the right to cancel the tender without any obligation, and the Center does not bear any costs incurred. The companies participating in the tender will be subject to the process of cancellation and exclusion from the tender.
