Description : Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA rules by the undersigned dully supported with documentary evidence for the work mentioned below: S/No Name of work Earnest Money 1 Repair / Maintenance ? NRTC Quarters at NRTC Haripur 2% of bid amount Terms and Conditions 1. Copy of up-to-date registration with PEC in C-5 and above category shall be submitted along with application. 2. Tender form along with bidding documents can be purchased from the office of the HOD (C&M) department, NRTC Haripur, KPK on payment of cost of tender in the shape of pay order / demand draft for Rs 5, 000/- in favour of NRTC Haripur (non re-fundable) on any working day within fifteen days after publication of Tender Notice. Bidding Document will be issued to the authorized rep of firm / contractor only. 3. Tender / Bidding Documents will be received on the date fixed for opening as mentioned in tender form upto 11:00 noon and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders, who wish to be present. 4. No tender will be sold on the date fixed for opening of tenders. 5. Earnest money / bid security at the rate of 2% in favour of NRTC, Haripur, KPK should be submitted in the shape of pay order/ bank draft along with the tender. 6. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained. 7. No tender will be considered even lowest if earnest money / bid security in the shape of Pay order / bank draft is not attached with the tender. 8. No tender will be sold and received by post. 9. Affidavit on stamp paper that the Firm / Contractor is not black-listed by any Govt / Authority and is not involved in litigation with any Govt Department / Autonomous Body. 10. Undertaking on stamp paper that bidder is the owner or proprietor of the firm / company who wish to participate in the tender. 11. Certificate of Satisfactory performance of Completed / on-going works from respective clients. 12. Registration certificate with FBR. 13. List of similar works completed during last five years. 14. NRTC may reject all the bids at any time prior to the acceptance of bids as per Rule-33 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
