1. National Water Company - a Mauritanian Company with A Public Capital Headquartered in Nouakchott Po Box 796, Intends Under the Second Phase of The Project to Distribute Drinking Water in The City Nouakchott Completion of Parts 11 and 12 and Completion of Part 4), on This Occasion

a Part of The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development Loan Is to Be Used to Pay the Services of A Consulting Office Are Assigned to The Services Listed Below.

2. the National Water Company Invites Consultancy Offices that Have an Interest in Participating in The Project

a Tender for The Services Described by Providing Information on Their Ability and Experience
Indicating Their Eligibility to Provide the Required Services) Documents and Statements Attesting to Their Service

Individually or In the Context of A Benefit. Files Are Submitted in Four Copies, One Original and Two Copies in Case of Conflict, Reference Is Made to The Original Version.

3. Required Services from Consultant:

Review Designs and Approve Tender Files for Sections 11 and 12
Helping the Employer in Sorting the Offers of Contractors Applying for The Completion of The Parts 11 and 12
Supervising and Supervising Parts 11 and 12, as Well as Supervising Implementation of The Completion of Part (4)

4. a Short List of Qualified Offices Will Be Prepared According to The Following Criteria:

Experience in The Field of Studies and Designs of Drinking Water Distribution Networks Experience in Following up And Supervising the Work of Projects of Lines and Networks Distribution of Drinking Water.
5. the Files Will Be Evaluated According to The Criteria and Point System Shown Below, so That Each Applicant Will Be Awarded
the Outstanding Points Are Then Arranged by The Advanced Offices According to The Total Final Scores on The Basis of Which a Shortlist of Eligible Offices Will Be Determined Between 6 and 8 Offices Are Invited to Submit Their Technical and Financial Presentations.

Consultant's Experience: (85 Points).
1/2 General Experience in The Field of Drinking Water Supply (20 Points): So That You Get All 5-Point Experience. by Experience We Mean Every Experience in The Field of Studies Designing Drinking Water Networks
1/2 Similar Experiences: 65 Marks Are Distributed as Follows:
35 Points for Supervision and Follow-Up of Pehd Pipe Works that Are Greater than Or Equal to 160 Mm Long Range and 200 Km in The Area of Drinking Water Supply Free the Last Ten Years, with Each Project Receiving 75.8 Points.
20 Points for The Supervision and Follow-Up of The Work of Laying Wrought Iron Pipes with Diameters Which Is Equal to Or Greater than 400 Mm and A Total Length of 10 Km in The Field to Provide Drinking Water for The Last Ten Years, so That Each Project Will Receive
5 Points.

10 Points for Supervision and Follow-Up Work to Complete Home Recommendations from Pehd without Supervising the Completion of 2000 Home Connections in Two Projects,
Each Project Has 5 Points.
15 Points for The Office Which Proves by Means of Certified Financial Statements the Rate of Turnover the Last Five Years Amount to At Least € 2 Million.
in The Case of Multiple Offices, the Head of The Team Must Meet All the Required Conditions to Qualify, and For the Reclaimed Member, He Must Meet at Least 30%.
6. a Consultant or A Group of Consultants Shall Be Deemed to Be Eligible if He Receives 75% or More of The Total Score.
7. Counselors Wishing to Be Included in The Shortlist Shall Be Required to Submit a Letter of Expression
