Title : TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR CLIMATE CONTROL / AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Description : The Engineering Services (ES) Office Complex, located in Akuse, serves as a permanent and fully equipped workspace for VRA-s Engineering Department. The Complex comprises five (5) floors dedicated to office use, a top floor conference and meeting space and a basement for storage. It is equipped with modern electro-mechanical systems, including electrical systems for lighting and power, fire protection systems, ICT/CCTV infrastructure, lifts, and air-conditioning/ventilation systems. The Climate Control/Air Conditioning System comprises 130 Indoor Units and 24 Outdoor Units.The scope of intended works includes but not limited to the following:• Complete 23-point inspection of all air-conditioning systems; check contactors, check start capacitors, check run capacitors, check starting switches etc., to be done quarterly.• Dusting, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, safety testing, filter change and topping up of refrigerant gas of all air-conditioning systems, to be done quarterly.Mandatory Site Visit shall be held on Tuesday June 10, 2025, at 11.00am at GPS Address: EL-1014-5434.
