Tender for project tax services for the “CampusHafenCity” Schulbau Hamburg (SBH) procures consulting services in the area of quality assurance of the LPH 8 for the KG 300 & 500 in general contractor projects. The scope of services extends on the following points: - Controlling quality assurance during construction including defect management, checking the implementation planning for contractual targets and technical and contractual consulting services regarding claim management and defect processing Contractual relationship with the general contractor (AN). The technical consultant for quality assurance should provide the following service areas: Planning and construction-related controlling 1. The technical consultant acts as quality assurance in relation to in accordance with FLB contractually agreed services and qualities, the planning and execution phases up to the successful handover to the users, commissioning and acceptance by the general contractor. 2. Defect management including communication General contractor during implementation until all acceptance defects have been dealt with. 3. Communication with the representation of the GMH AG, the project control and project management and the commissioned specialist planners (including the artistic management of the LPH 8).
