Title of Work Last date & time for submission of bids Date & Time for Opening of Technical Bids Tender for Procurement of Misc, Furniture Items On or before 07th August, 2026 till 11:00 am 07th August, 2026 at 11:30 am Tender Notice along with Tender Document containing complete Scope of Work / ToRs with terms and conditions etc. are available for the registered bidders on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) https://epads.gov.pk/. This IFB / Tender Advertisement has also been uploaded on PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk and PCAA website www.pcaa.gov.pk. The Bids along with Fixed Bid Security amounting to PKR 500, 000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand Only) in shape of a Pay Order / Bank Guarantee (Scanned copy) in favor of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, along with required documents must be submitted by using EPADS electronically through PPRA EPADS Portal. Original Bid Security must be submitted (hard format in a sealed envelope) on or before the submission date and time at the address given below or else bid will be canceled. All Bids will be opened through EPADS in the presence of PCAA Procurement Committee and representatives of the bidders who may wish to attend.
