Tender non-refundable cost of E500.00 each.
Tenderers are required to submit one (1) original & one (1) copy of the tender document and the following documents:
Certified Copy of a valid Trading License.
Original of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate
Form J
Certificate of incorporation
Proof of SNPF Compliance
Proof of Labour Compliance
Copy of Municipal Council of Manzini Receipt for E500.00
Police Clearance or Affidavit of Non-Conviction for Company Directors
(Shareholders)

Completed tender documents under sealed cover with tenderer’s name and addresses on reverse side of the envelope must be made and addressed to the CEO, P. O. Box 418, Manzini, and delivered not later than 12 Noon 23 March 2020. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12 noon. The Tender Number should be
clearly marked on the front of the tender envelop being submitted.
