The Mercator Institute for China Studies (MERICS) gGmbH is tendering for the provision of a holistic IT operations and support service for the IT infrastructure. The aim is to ensure stable, safe and efficient operations including: Service Desk 1st Level including ticket acceptance, classification, initial solutions, dispatch operation, maintenance and further development of servers, networks, clients and cloud services2nd Level Workplace/M365/Network/Server, Intune/MDM (clients and Mobile devices) as well as Azure and AVD operations, remote maintenance support and on-site service in coordination with the person responsible for IT at the institute in German and English.
