BG ETEM is tendering a framework agreement for itself and other beneficiaries to replace the mobile phones manufactured by Apple Inc. used by its employees. In addition to cell phones, corresponding devices should be used Accessories and flat-rate repairs must be procured. In addition, tablets with accessories as well as flat-rate repairs and MacBook Pro notebooks must be procured as replacements via the framework agreement. There is more information about the manufacturer's pre-determination regulated in section 3.2 of the service description. This tender is intended to procure devices and accessories from the iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro product families from the manufacturer Apple Inc. The contents of this tender are not: Procurement of hardware outside the specification defined below - e.g. B. VisionPro or AppleTV hardware and accessories. Likewise, no end user service is included in the scope of services. All processes between the contractor and the beneficiaries Begin or end on the part of the beneficiary with sufficiently qualified employees of the IT department. The contract to be concluded primarily covers the replacement of devices used by the employees of the consumer are currently in use. Rollouts or mass replacements are currently not foreseeable. As a result, the items are accessed approximately linearly over the contract term, with certain fluctuations.
