Tender for food supply/lunch catering The Munich Clinic intends to award the contract for the delivery of meal components for lunch (excluding salads and desserts) for patient and employee/guest care. The supply of the employees and patients of the Munich Clinic (MüK) takes place via the four kitchens in the clinics Bogenhausen, Harlaching, Neuperlach and Schwabing. The dermatological clinic on Thalkirchner Straße has access to the kitchen at the location Schwabing also supplied. Each year, MüK has around 790, 000 patient feeding days and also provides lunch to around 1, 100 employees on weekdays. Approximately 165 employees attend on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays take part in the lunch meal. The food used is regenerated in the food transport trolleys for patient care. Employees are supplied by serving food in the staff restaurants with regenerated food in large containers in the kitchen Food. The Munich Clinics charge a flat rate per lunch. The menus should be divided into price categories, with each price category being calculated differently.
