SCALA has had a feasibility study carried out for a barrier-free new building with approx. 1300² for a fitness studio with 2 course rooms, changing rooms, etc. on the property at Langenhorner Chaussee 118a, 22415 Hamburg. The property has SCALA as Sports framework agreement and so far consists of an artificial turf pitch, a grand/tenne pitch and a small existing building for the football department. The tennis court is unused and is available for the project as well as necessary parking spaces. SCALA strives a high energy standard for the building. In addition, the building should be barrier-free. Contrary to the results of the feasibility study, the front building cannot remain in place. Therefore, deviating from the result of the feasibility study 4 Football changing rooms, 1 office, 1 café and a course room are added. According to initial estimates, the project should not exceed 3.6 million euros net for the cost group 300 + 400 according to DIN276 for 1500m². Plan for the renovation of the outdoor facilities (cost group 500). We have a budget of €550, 000 net and €200, 000.00 net for the development (cost group 200). There are also additional construction costs (cost group 700).
