Request for proposals are invited for Telephone System Hardware & Software Maintenance Service 2019-2020.

Tender Fees: Riyal 25/-.

Last date to collect the tender 30/08/2018.

1) The tender form (in small envelope) under wax sealed cover addressed to Head of Tenders Subcommittee for Muscat Municipality central authorities.

2) The tenderers shall submit with the tender form (financial offer) a certified chequeen or tender bond in the sum of 1% of the tender value valid for 90 days, issued in the name of Muscat Municipality by a locally registered bank in the Sultanate of Oman. Tenders 'without such bond shall be rejected.

3) Tender shall be placed in the tender box (B) in the first floor at Directorate of Purchasing & Assets in Muscat Municipality HQ. Darsait .before 10;00 a.m. on Thursday as per above date mentioned in the table. All envelopes are to be clearly marked with the name of the tender being presented and no other marks

4) The last date for inquiries about the above mention tender is 02/09/2018

5) Muscat Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest or any tender that may be received.

6) The tenders who did not meet the requirements of tender document will not be considered.
