Availability of a state license to provide communication services in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and relevant permits for this type of activity. 2. Providing the Customer with round-the-clock access to the local telephone network, subscriber line (wire line), fixed telephone network. 3. The supplier must immediately take corrective action, detected during the provision of telecommunications services. 4. High-quality provision of long-distance, local, intrazonal, etc. telephone connections to a subscriber of a fixed telephone network for the transmission of voice information, fax messages and data. 5. The quality of communication services provided by the Contractor must comply with the standards and technical norms in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan. 6. The Supplier must have a customer technical support service, which the Customer can contact in case of deterioration in the quality of telecommunications services provided.
