Lots: Telephone services - Access service to the city telephone network of the city telephone network, as well as to the intercity network of the KGP on the PVC Taldykorganteploservis. The operator of the service provided is obliged: 1) when providing local telephone services to the Subscriber, ensure providing the Subscriber with free connections to the operator of the emergency call system, emergency medical, law enforcement, fire, emergency, information and other services according to the list determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) by the Subscriber's application within the established time frame and properly eliminate malfunctions that arose through the fault of the Operator and impede the use of the Services; 3) in case of suspension of the provision of telephone services caused by late payment of subscription fees fees by the Subscriber; no subscription fee is charged for the period of suspension. In case of suspension of the provision of other services on the basis specified in this subclause, the subscription fee for the period of suspension is charged in full; 4) when providing telephone services to the Subscriber, provide the Subscriber with the opportunity to receive long-distance and international communication services provided by other telecom operators; 5) ensure the quality and speed of data transfer in accordance with the terms of the tariff plan chosen by the Subscriber to its own data transmission node; 6) issue invoices for services provided once a month in the manner prescribed by clause 9 of the Agreement. 7) provide access to a landline telephone...
