Prior Information Notice for Technical Support to the National Social Protection Policy of the Gambia Location – Banjul, The Gambia.

Contract description
The contract is to provide Technical Assistance to ''improve social protection'' in The Gambia. EU support to social protection is envisaged as a component of the 11th EDF National Indicative Programme to the Gambia Phase II Sector 2 ''Inclusive sustainable growth and job creation programme''.
The purpose of the contract is to provide Technical Assistance to build the necessary institutions, capacity, and systems within Government to implement the envisaged universal life-course social protection interventions under the second phase of the National Social Protection Policy (NSPP).
The Technical Assistance is complimentary to a separate Call for Proposals under the 11th EDF in The Gambia to trial universal social protection models in 3 regions of the country.
