The DRV Bund currently uses the “MATRIX Professional” system as an access authorization and time recording system, supplemented by customer-specific extensions and individual programming within the system. Against the background of particularly rising IT security requirements, data protection requirements (especially the protection of social data), the growing complexity of authorization structures and the need for digital, workflow-supported processes mean that there is a need for a strategic approach Further development of the system. The present procedure is a market investigation within the meaning of Section 28 Paragraph 1 VgV. The procedure does not yet constitute a formal procurement procedure. The purpose of market research is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market to find out which solutions and expansion options are available in the environment of the existing "MATRIX Professional" system and which providers offer corresponding services for MATRIX-based environments, in particular with regard to: • the Possibilities for technical and organizational operation of the existing “MATRIX Professional” system, • expandability with additional system modules, • the modernization of the system according to the state of the art and • possible transformation and Migration scenarios.
