As part of its activities in the Republic of Guinea, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) proposes to initiate a project to improve hydraulic infrastructure in eight (08) rural communities in the BOFFA prefecture. .For this purpose, UNICEF wishes to use a/design office or group of design offices in civil engineering which has/have the experience and the technical, human and financial capacities to ensure the role of Project Manager, to lead the study mission on a period not exceeding three (03) months (calendar days) for the technical study mission from the date of signature of the works contract.
