Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Technical Studies for the Maintenance of Certain Voiries in the City of Yaounde (in Emergency Procedure).

The bidding documents can be consulted and withdrawn as soon as this notice is published to the General Affairs Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (Market Department) located on the 9th floor, gate 09T02 of the Ministerial Building No. 1 ( in front of the Central Post Office), upon presentation of a receipt of payment of a non-refundable sum for the handling fee of seventy-five thousand (75, 000/-) FCFA payable to the Treasury.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a provisional bond issued by a first-class bank or insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, the amount of which is fixed at 1 400 000/- (one million four hundred thousand) FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers. Under pain of rejection, the provisional bond must be imperatively produced in original dating of not more than three (03) months.
