Expression of Interest are invited for Technical & Strategic Consultant Niger Telecoms
The International Finance Corporation (IFC), as lead adviser, will assist the Government of Niger (GoN) in its efforts to restructure Niger Telecoms to boost the country digital transformation. IFC will assist GoN to assess options for private sector participation in Niger Telecoms and to structure and implement a viable transaction. To this end, IFC will appoint a technical and strategic consultant with extensive knowledge in the telecommunications sector (Telecoms).
Interested firms should demonstrate (max 30 pages with CVs in annex): i) experience in carrying out similar assignments, including for national Telecoms companies; ii) experience in infrastructure audit in Telecoms and information technology projects in emerging markets, including fixed, mobile, backbone network assets; iii) experience in market studies on supply/demand, competitive landscape analysis in Telecoms; iv) a qualified team that is fluent in French; and iv) any other experience they may deem relevant.
